Works for me June 12, 2018
Reviewer: Danny
I treated myself to a CZ Scorpion EVO carbine this past Christmas and absolutely love it. It's a great gun to shoot but it was a pain to load (at least for me). It came with two 20 round magazines and I ordered a 30 round one from an online supplier. You can really eat through some rounds fast with this particular firearm and I found myself spending more time fighting the magazines rather than shooting the gun. Although I'd like to continue shooting, I have to stop because my thumbs and fingers are so bloodied and bruised that I can't load the magazines anymore. Having used other loaders for some of my firearms, I figured that those manufacturers would have something made for the Scorpion as well. Like many of you, I could't find anything and continued hunts brought me to videos concerning this particular loader by RAE Industries.

Reading some of the reviews here, it appeared that some were pleased with the performance of the device while others were skeptical over the longevity of the product. The fact that this thing is made from a 3D printer is pretty fascinating. I've had the opportunity to see a 3D printer in action while visiting a classroom focused on technology but this is the first time that I've actually purchased something made from such a machine. Looking over the device, you can obviously tell that it is unrefined plastic that is layered and structurally "printed" into it's present form. As a whole, the device feels solid enough for it's intended task. The thickest part of it is the "plunger" that pushes the bullets down into the magazine. The sides (where the lion logo is printed) and back of the loader simply guide the device over the magazine while the top/plunger does most of the hard work. I prefer to push the loader down with my thumb resting on the top rather than putting my thumb on the front (where the 708 number is stamped). Seemed to work better for me and was more comfortable that way.

Does it work? Yes it does...and it is a whole lot easier and faster too. I was able to load my two 20 round magazines and the 30 round one in a fraction of the time it has taken me before. My thumb loves me and I didn't need any bandages afterwards either. I loaded and reloaded the magazines five times in an effort to observe any potential compromises within the structural integrity of the loader and didn't see any problems. While it may bother some that it isn't smoothly polished manufactured manicured plastic....for something like this...it doesn't bother me. It looks solid enough for the intended job and it sure saved my fingers.

Product works but worry how long it will work June 12, 2018
Reviewer: PKK
The product works as advertised. I have used it to load 6 mags without issue. The plastic doesn't seem to be as nice or Sturdy as glock mag loader so I worry whether it will last in the long term. I worry the clip that pushes the bullet down will snap off.

Ease and speed June 12, 2018
Reviewer: DL
Works great. Reminds me of my UpLULA for ease and speed but the UpLULA does not fit Scorpion mags. This is literally custom made for Scorpion magazines. It's tough too. Mine had some pointy corners that pressed into my hand as I loaded. Maybe it's the way I hold it. Took maybe 30 seconds to pass the orange Dremel stone over outside corners and minor problem solved. Any little file or sharpening stone would work too. Has no problem loading the 30 round mags. The last two or three rounds need just a touch more pressure.

Solid and sturdy June 12, 2018
Reviewer: Davidsmith767
Solid and sturdy, I wasn't sure what it would be like knowing it was a printed product, but it works like it should. For the price I was willing to overlook the texture from the printing which doesn't really affect anything anyway. This was a hard thing to find when I purchased it, so I was just glad to find one.

Scorpion EVO mag loader. June 12, 2018
Reviewer: Jersey Boy
It is 3d printed so its ugly. It is basically the same design as the Glock mag loader, nothing groundbreaking. It works great though. And for $16 bucks who can complain? (I saw a few) I am thinking some of the negative reviewers don't really get how to use it.
